The bison

We decided to try this restaurant on the last day of our visit in banff especially after we ate at the restaurant below it who gave us 10 % discounts for it's group restaurant. They offer bison meat here as the name of the restaurant said. Honestly speaking, I cannot really tell the different between beef and bison. I enjoy anything that is cooked perfectly.

The restaurant is on the top floor and only open after 5:30 pm. We were the first customers on that day since we waited till this restaurant is open. The place is pretty nice and there is a bar in the middle of the restaurant.

Bison Carpaccio
chicharron, arugula, manchengo, pickled pepper, chili garilic, oil - $16
thinly sliced bison is amazing with a touch of fresh arugula on top




Carmen creek bison ribeye
lyonnaise potatoes, smoked butter, leek, hay, jus - 48
Pour the gravy on top of the meat and enjoy the food. Everything is made to perfection. not too salty not too bland. just right
